How the silver price in Bangladesh is calculated
Silver is quoted per troy ounce (31.1035 g). We divide by that weight, multiply by the weight of the unit, and convert from US dollars with the latest BDT exchange rate. Because both the dollar price and the exchange rate move, the price in BDT can change even when the dollar price is flat.
